Shillong, November 30: The youths who are still awaiting the police recruitment examination results have expressed that they are ready to go to the border and fight if they get a job with the police. These youths who have applied for recruitment into the police department who have been filled with anxiety due to the delay of the Government in announcing the results have given the Government only till December to announce their results.
Divenson Diengdoh who is one of the youths who is leading the group in organising a demonstration today in Shillong said that if they are recruited as police personnel they are ready to go and fight a war if the Government sends them to the border or any other place.
These youths seeking employment in the police force had planned to organise a public rally today, however the District Administration of East Khasi Hills District did not give them the permission, whereby some of the youths held a demonstration at Lachumiere, Shillong.
