While the Chief Minister of Meghalaya,Conrad K.Sangma on the other hand claimed that the aim of this is because the Government does not have any intention to snatch or diminish the laws of the District Council, but the aim of the notification issued by the Government is only because it is felt necessary to separate the judiciary and the executive.
