SHILLONG, July 20: The Home Minister of Meghalaya, Lahkmen Rymbui said the Government will meet all the necessary requirements in order to actualise the peace talk with the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC), not limiting only to the free movement of the leaders of the outfit to enter and exit the State.
He said the peace talk with the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) has been long awaited and the State Government believes that there is no issue which cannot be resolved at the table through talks.
Furthermore, he said that the HNLC has agreed to talk without any conditional demands and the Government has also already finalized an interlocutor for them so that the talk can bear fruitful results.
