Nongpoh, June 09: On the night of the 9th of June, one wild animal known as the Slow Loris was found wandering the Highway in Nongpoh town.
The wild animal was seen by passersby on the road who said that they have no idea if this animal lost its way or if it escaped someone’s house who intended to make it a pet.
The people who spotted the animal informed the Wildlife department and the police who arrived at the spot after a while and took the animal with them to hand over to the Wildlife department.
