Shillong: In a scathing attack, Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) President Vincent H. Pala has accused Sniawbhalang Dhar the National General Secretary of the National People’s Party (NPP) and Deputy Chief Minister of Meghalaya, of being involved in illegal activities related to drugs and coal.
Pala further accused that the Deputy CM is a spokesperson of the BJP and RSS, accusing him of promoting a “Congress Mukt Bharat,” a slogan that calls for an India free from the Congress party. Pala added that Dhar has to do whatever the BJP and RSS commands out of fear that all his illegal activities will be exposed.
Pala alleged that Dhar and his associates are deeply entrenched in unlawful operations, specifically naming coal and drug-related activities as areas of concern.
Recalling his own experiences as an MP, Pala revealed that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) frequently sought information from him, adding that files related to Dhar’s case are currently with the CBI. “Time will reveal who Sniawbhalang really is,” Pala remarked.
