These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the T7 News website and T7 News applications, including the T7 News LG webOS TV application (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by iTalk Production under the T7 News brand.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About the Services
T7 News provides regional and general news, articles, videos, broadcast status information and related editorial content in Khasi and English. Features and content may differ between the website, mobile applications and television application.
2. Editorial content
News and editorial content is provided for general information. T7 News works to keep published information accurate and current, but developing stories may change and published material may be corrected, updated or removed.
Nothing in the Services is intended as professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.
3. Live TV and availability
Live TV or broadcast features are available only when T7 News has a verified active source. The television application may display “OFF AIR” or “Broadcast Unavailable” when no verified broadcast is available. T7 News does not guarantee that any live stream, video, article or other feature will be available continuously or in every location.
4. Videos and third-party services
The Services may display or link to videos from the official T7 News YouTube channel and may use other third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms and policies. T7 News does not control the availability, performance or independent practices of third-party services.
5. Intellectual property
The T7 News name, branding, original reporting, photographs, graphics, application design and other original material are owned by or licensed to iTalk Production unless stated otherwise. You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify or distribute protected material without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Third-party names, logos, footage and other material remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Services. This includes attempting to interfere with their operation or security, gaining unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping or extracting content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights, or using the Services for unlawful activity.

The Services may contain links to independent websites or services. Those links are provided for convenience or attribution. T7 News is not responsible for the content, security, availability or practices of independently operated services.
8. Service changes
T7 News may update, suspend or discontinue a feature or part of the Services when necessary for editorial, technical, security, legal or operational reasons. T7 News may also update these Terms and Conditions. The effective date on this page will be revised when changes are published.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, iTalk Production does not make guarantees about uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the continued availability of any particular item of content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
