Mawkyrwat, June 11: Renikton Lyngdoh Tongkhar, MLA of Mawkyrwat constituency today personally conducted an on-site inspection of the Girls Hostel construction in Mawkyrwat, South West Khasi Hills District. In his surprise inspection, he found the construction work of the hostel moving in a satisfactorily smooth manner as per the special provision plan for the female students which is supervised by the Presbyterian Church of Mawkyrwat through the office of the DRDA South West Khasi Hills District at an allocated fund of about Rs.2.5 crores.
Renikton Lyngdoh Tongkhar, MLA of Mawkyrwat constituency who is also the Minister incharge of the PHE Department in Meghalaya said that he is confident this will be of great benefit for the female students from far away distance wanting to come and study in the different schools and colleges in Mawkyrwat.
