SHILLONG, June 06: The Mawhati MLA of the National People’s Party (NPP) Dasakhiatbha Lamare said that he has no intention of exiting the NPP and added that he loves the party and will stay with it.
With regards to the many allegations under the rule of the NPP, Dasakhiatbha Lamare who is also a Minister in the MDA Government said that exiting the party will not change a person because corrupt people will continue to corrupt even if they are in other parties as well.
He said that by staying in the NPP he will try to make the people understand that this Government led by the NPP has not done anything as alleged.
Lamare said that in politics even if you do anything also there will always be allegations and praises, and added that if they were to only pay heed to the allegations then there would no longer be service towards the public.
