The National People’s Party (NPP) today organised a public meeting at the Bishop Hall, Nongstoiñ in part to confirm one of the party departments through the youths known as the National People’s Youth Front,West Khasi Hills with office bearers of the front including those from Shillong also attending the meeting.
The youth wing of the party was confirmed by Kitboklang Nongrem, State President of the National People’s Youth Front (NPYF) in the presence of other dignitaries of the National People’s Party including Bajop Pyngrope,MDC of Rambrai-Jyrngam, Gigur Myrthong, MLA and MDC of Mawchynrut and Macmillan Byrsat, MLA of Nongstoiñ who also delivered speeches at the meeting.
The office bearers of the youth wing chosen and confirmed today include World Champion Paliar as President of the NPYF, West Khasi Hills District, Shailambok Marbaniang, Vice President of the NPYF, West Khasi Hills District, Pynshaibor Lyngdoh as Working President of the NPYF, West Khasi Hills District, Bendrowell Hashah as General Secretary of the NPYF, West Khasi Hills District and other members of the wing.
