One extremely drunk army personnel challenged the traffic police personnels who stopped him for reckless driving and also haphazardly overtaking many cars on the stretch of road from Barik to Laitumkhrah.
The drunk army personnel of the Assam Regiment who was driving a vehicle bearing registration number ML05 W 9711 was stopped by personnel of the traffic police in Laitumkhrah area, and after the police stopped him, he still challenged them and refused to cooperate with them besides trying to assault them.
