Shillong: Yesterday the 26th of April, 2022, the National Commission for Protection of Child’s Rights, the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Meghalaya in collaboration with the Asia Foundation and New India Junction successfully organised a special programme known as the State Level cum Sensitisation Orientation Programme on Pariksha Parv 4.0, at the State Convention Centre.
The Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, Metbah Lyngdoh was the Chief Guest of the programme while Kyrmen Shylla, Minister incharge of the Department of Social Welfare was the Guest of Honour.
The Chief Guest and Guest of Honour also distributed copies of the book entitled, ” Exam Warriors”, written by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to the students.
The dignitaries who were also present at the programme include Iamon Syiem, Chairperson of the SCPCR, Meghalaya, Rupali Banerjee Singh, Member Secretary of the NCPCR, Dr.Sujatha Sathpathy, Professor Clinical Psychology, AIIMS New Delhi, Dr.Jyotsna Bharadwaj, Faculty for Diploma in Guidance and Counselling Course, Department of Educational Psychology and Foundations of Education, NCERT and others.
