Disparsing Rani today said that there are up to 400 tourist taxis used for the visit of Amit Shah in the past year have not been paid their dues by the Government till now.
Speaking with media persons today, Rani said that through the RTI report received from the NEC, it said that upto Rs.22 lakhs,89 thousand and 608 has been released to the Government through the Commissioner of Transport and Department of Transport.
With regards to this matter, Rani posed a question as to why the Transport Department has delayed the disbursal of the dues to the 400 tourist taxis drivers used to transport VIPs, the Security, the army men and dignitaries for the two day visit of Amit Shah.
