The Soil and Water Conservation Department Conservation Training Institute(CTI), Byrnihat concluded its training program with a passing out ceremony for the 48th batch of trainees enrolled from the 15th of April,2021 in this institute which is one of the oldest in the North-Eastern region.
On this day, awards and certificates were distributed to the 18 trainees with 15 of them being from Soil and Water Conservation, Assam,2 from Soil and Water Conservation of Arunachal Pradesh, and 1 from Soil and Water Conservation, Rasubelpara, with the title of topper achieved by Kumari Barnali Tahbildar from Assam who secured 87.3%.
On this passing out ceremony day of the 18 trainees were present Dr.Joram Beda, IAS, Secretary of Soil and Water Conservation, Smti. I.Rynjah, Director of Soil and Water Conservation, Smti. M.Diengdoh, DSW&CO Senior Instructor, CTI, Byrnihat, Smti. P.P Lyngdoh, Joint Director, CTI, Byrnihat amongst others.
