Shillong, December 05: The group of persons with disabilities has demanded an outright apology from the Congress candidate of Sohïong, S. Osborne Kharjana within 24 hours.
The apology demand comes after an allegation that the candidate has made insensitive comments about persons with disabilities at one meeting of the Congress held at Mawmaram.
