Shillong: The leader of the Hynniewtrep National Youth Front, Sadon K.Blah who has been appointed as the interlocutor by the militant outfit of the Khasi-Jaiñtia Hills for the peace talk with the Government said that from his end, he will try to meet with the interlocutors appointed by Government with one amongst them being P.S Dkhar, and this meeting Blah says may take place this week itself.
Speaking with a news reporter, Blah said that he firstly accepts the task bestowed on him by the HNLC to become an interlocutor for them in which he will act as the messenger of the HNLC to the Government and from the Government to the HNLC.
On being asked how long will the peace talk take, Blah said that it will be difficult to say for in this peace talk several issues have come up of which one including the organization being proscribed by the Government, and it is on this basis that this peace talk with the Government of India or Government of Meghalaya cannot be completed at one go but will have to take its due course.
