In a meeting held by the HSPDP at Tynghor, the home village of K.P Pangngiang, President of the HSPDP and who is also at the same the candidate of the HSPDP in the Assembly Election of 2023, many prominent leaders of different political parties came forward to join the HSPDP.
The prominently leaders who joined the HSPDP today include a few women, the President of the Nonglang Congress Youth Wing, Ombarli Wanñiang, from Upper Rangsa, Mr.Jethrowell, a close associate of Kimfa Sydnei Marbaniang,MLA of Rambrai-Jyrngam and others.
Not only that, but on this day, Restonding Marweiñ, President of the UDP, Rambrai-Jyrngam also came to deliver his speech in which he also expressed that he has an intention to support Pangngiang in a major way.
At the function held to welcome new members to the HSPDP, the new members were welcomed by Pangngiang himself who garlanded them with the HSPDP serape.
The function was held on the 31st of March,2022 at the Tynghor Ground in West Khasi Hills District.
