SHILLONG: Lawei ba Phyrnai in a message sent yesterday to a few news agencies has put forward the first demand from the Government.
As per the message which was sent to the Chief Minister, the outfit, Lawei ba Phyrnai has demanded that the Government promptly releases Julius Kitbok Dorphang, former MLA and Chairman of the Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) from prison.
As per the message, they want him to be released and left in one bus in the ISBT on the 9th of April at 10:00 PM, and if that is not done then they shall bomb one lower primary school.
As per the message, the leader of the outfit has identified himself as a former school teacher before his contract was terminated.
