The Meghalaya Minister of Social Welfare Department has condemned the recent murder of a couple in Nongstoiñ, West Khasi Hills District.
Condemning the act, the Minister also expressed that acts of kidnapping,terror and murder of children and women is unacceptable in a civil society and such acts must be condemned by all.
