Shillong: The MLA of Pynthorumkhrah constituency who is also the Adviser to the Chief Minister of Meghalaya, A.L.Hek could not but praise the efforts put in by Martin Luther Christian University especially in the health sector of the region.
Hek’s uttered these words of praise in his speech as Chief Guest at the inauguration of the Science and Technology (STI) Hub which has been funded by the Science for Equity, Empowerment and Development Division (SEED), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and implemented by MLCU in Umsawli.
The inauguration was also attended by the Principal Investigator,Dr. Melarishisha Nongrum, Headman of Mawpat Pyllun, R.Kharkongor, Vice-Chancellor, Prof.T.K Kharbamon, Registrar, Dr.Iwamon W.J.Laloo.
