Shillong: The police arrested Joefreeson Jana, the father who is suspected to have killed his two children this evening.
The father who had been absconding from yesterday night was arrested with the help of information from his relatives after he returned home this evening.The police took him to Sadar Police Station after his medical check up in Civil Hospital was completed.
