The Lumparing community came together to celebrate and honor Daniella Mylliemngap, who returned home victorious after securing a gold medal in the 56kg category at the Asian Kickboxing Championship held in Cambodia. Daniella defeated her opponent from Kuwait to claim the title.
Daniella, the daughter of Banalyne Mylliemngap, had the privilege of representing India at the prestigious event, which was organized by the Asian Kickboxing Confederation and recognized by the World Association of Kickboxing Organizations. The competition took place from October 6 to 16, 2024.
Upon her arrival at Guwahati airport, Daniella was warmly welcomed by her parents, members of the Lumparing Dorbar Shnong, the Lumparing youth organization, and Team Revolution MMA, who accompanied her back to her hometown.
