The Voice of the People’s Party (VPP) has announced its candidates for the upcoming MDC elections in the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) and the Jaintia Hills Autonomous District Council (JHADC).
The candidate list was revealed by Dr. Kara H. Chen, Chairman of the State Election Committee, and Dr. Londoner M. Sohtun, Secretary of the VPP.
For the KHADC elections, the VPP has fielded 27 candidates out of 29 constituencies. In the JHADC elections, the party is contesting 24 out of the 29 seats.
