SHILLONG, April 22: The President of the United Democratic Party, Metbah Lyngdoh said that whenever any allegation is raised against the MDA Government in which the UDP is a coalition partner, the party speaks directly with the Chief Minister for the truth on the allegations.
He said that in the past there had been such allegations and the Government had also constituted independent enquiry committees to find the truth.
With regard to the allegations raised by the Opposition side under the AITC that the UDP has been silent on the matter of the border resolution with Assam, Lyngdoh said that if there is an opposition from any group, the group should meet directly with the Government to express their problems.
