Shillong, August 22: The MLA of Rambrai-Jyrngam, Kimfa S.Marbaniang said that the Government must include all stakeholders and also constitute better Regional Committees in the plan of the two State for the second phase of the border resolution.
Langpih which falls in the second phase of the border resolution talk and which is also a more complicated site to resolve, falls within the territory of the Rambrai-Jyrngam constituency. Kimfa said that after having seen the lapses in the first phase, in the second phase should be carried out without any haste so that there is no loss of territory, instead caution should be exercised especially since there are sites which are more difficult and complicated to resolve, such as Langpih, Block I and Block II.
The MDC of Rambrai, Bajop Pyngrope expressed appreciation and praise for the two Governments which have begun the talk for the border resolution in the second phase. He also urged the residents and also the local village administrators and civil society organisations to cooperate with the Government.
