Shillong: Two night-super buses travelling from Guwahati to Mankachar were allegedly attacked with stones by unidentified miscreants at Tikrikilla in Meghalaya in the early hours of Monday.
The incident occurred at around 2 am, leaving several drivers injured and the windows of the buses shattered.
According to sources, the buses were passing through Tikrikilla when a group of miscreants allegedly pelted them with stones. The attack reportedly injured some of the drivers and damaged several windows of the buses.
The motive behind the attack and the identity of those responsible remain unknown. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
