Meghalaya Director General of Police (DGP) Idashisha Nongrang on Thursday clarified that the clerical error reported in court documents related to the Sonam Raghuvanshi case was confined to a single document and did not affect the overall legal proceedings.
Addressing the issue, Nongrang said the correct legal provisions had been cited in other case records, including documents pertaining to transit remand. She added that the state government is challenging the court order that granted bail in the case.
