SHILLONG, June 28: The Governor of Meghalaya, Satya Pal Malik said that from his end he had already sent the resolution for the implementation of the Inner Line Permit which was approved and passed by the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly in December of 2019.
On being queried about this matter, Governor Satya Pal Malik said that it is only the Central Government and the President of India who knows, they are the ones to decide on what needs to be done for till now they have neither rejected nor approved the implementation of the ILP.
