SHILLONG, JANUARY 24:The MLA/ MDC of Ranikor constituency, Pius Marweiñ today distributed blankets to all the households under Ranikor constituency which is not less than about 13 thousand households including over 240 residents under Ranikor constituency.
Marweiñ from his end claimed that these gifts are from his personal funds and not part of the MLA scheme which he will continue to distribute to other villages which fall under Ranikor constituency.
Marweiñ has requested the villages which have not received the gifts in this phase to wait for their gifts which he has promised to distribute to them personally or send them through soon to their villages. The local public has expressed their gratitude to their local representative who has done a lot of good work for the benefit of the local residents and public in the constituency.
On this day were also present the office bearers of the UDP, elders of the village, and the local public.
