Over 5000 Marks Released, Nursing Exam Conducted Fairly: Candidates Assert

HEADLINES

A group of successful candidates from the recent nursing recruitment exam has called on the Directorate of Health Services (DHS) in Meghalaya to proceed with the appointment process, urging the government to expedite the hiring as promised.

Addressing the media, the candidates dismissed recent allegations of irregularities in the exam, asserting that the entire process was conducted transparently. They stated that only those who worked hard and genuinely passed were selected, highlighting that the exam was tough, and the marking system allowed candidates to review their scores.

The candidates also pointed out that results for all 5,000 participants were publicly released by the DHS Examination Board, which has clarified accusations that some candidates passed without sitting for the exam. They urged the government to finalize the recruitment process swiftly.
