Shillong: BJP MLA from Meghalaya, AL Hek, has lodged a formal complaint with Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant regarding an advertisement issued by the Bhagwan Shree Rajnesh Foundation in Goa, alleging that it displayed images combining “Tales of Kamasutra” with Christmas celebrations.
In a letter addressed to Sawant, Hek said that such promotional material is unacceptable and deeply offensive to religious sentiments. He urged the Goa government to investigate the matter immediately and take appropriate action against those responsible if the allegations are verified.
Hek stressed that such depictions undermine cultural and religious sensitivity and called for strict measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
