Last night a truck transporting crude oil bearing registration number ML04 D 3577 enroute from Guwahati toppled on the road the moment it reached Shangbangla.
The moment the truck toppled, suddenly a crowd of people appeared along with buckets and mugs to collect the crude oil and take advantage of the situation due to the high price of crude oil.
In the accident, the driver and the handyman of the truck sustained minor injuries.
