Shillong, March 5: The 24th Synod meeting of the Khasi Jaiñtia Presbyterian Synod Sepngi began on Thursday evening at Presbyterian Church Rangshken under Mawphlang Presbytery and will continue until March 8, 2026.
Despite many church members being farmers, the congregation warmly welcomed delegates arriving from various Presbyteries. Elder K. Khonghat said the church is happy to host the gathering. Sunday sermons will be delivered by Rev. W.P. Marbaniang, Rev. B.R. Pamshong and Rev. Bestar Lyngdoh.
