Mawkyrwat,20/12/2021: The public of Mawkyrwat who use the services of SBI have expressed their anger over the lack of professionalism and inefficiency experienced in the bank, with many arriving at the bank the moment it opens for transaction especially women who need to take out money for their children’s medicines, and having waited from morning till around 3:30 PM, the token slip called was 24 whereas token slips issued were more than 154 and by the time the bank was to be closed at 4:00 PM, all token slips issued could not be served.
The people expressed disappointment and anger, while some women could not help but shed tears as their need to take out money for their children’s medicines till 3:30 PM could not be fulfilled at all. This has created a big problem for the people who use the services of the bank including people who come from far away villages like Nongjri and Ranikor. The inability to serve the people efficiently is seen by some as an apathy on the part of the bank employees and therefore the people have requested the bank employees to respect the people and also urged the representatives to intervene and resolve the problem faced in this regard by the people.
