The Meghalaya Yogasana Sports Association has announced that the Meghalaya State Yogasana Championship 2024 will take place on October 14, 2024. The event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma, alongside Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Shakliar Warjri.
Speaking to the media, Association President Daniel Doonai shared that 50 participants from different districts across the state have registered for the competition and are ready to demonstrate their yoga skills. The championship aims to promote the importance of yoga and showcase local talent in the field.
