MCA President Naba Battacharjee to Lead Indian Women’s Cricket Team to Australia, RBDCA Extends Best Wishes

The BCCI has selected Naba Battacharjee, President of the Meghalaya Cricket Association (MCA), to serve as the Team Manager for the Indian Women’s Cricket Team’s upcoming tour to Australia. This marks another significant achievement for Meghalaya cricket, following the appointment of RBDCA President Rayonald Kharkamni as Match Observer for the India-New Zealand series.

Ahead of his departure, Battacharjee visited the RBDCA cricket ground to extend his support to local players preparing to represent Meghalaya in national tournaments. The RBDCA organized a felicitation program to honor him and wish him success in leading the national women’s team.

The event was attended by RBDCA President Rayonald Kharkamni, Vice President Ferdinald Kharkamni, MCA Honorary Treasurer Dhrubajyoti Thakuria, Under-16 Meghalaya Team players, Ribhoi Cricket Academy members, and others, all of whom expressed their pride and encouragement for this historic moment in Meghalaya cricket.
