Shillong : The Home Minister of Meghalaya, Shri. Lahkmen Rymbui said that at present the police department are conducting a thorough investigation to find the people involved in planting a bomb outside the gate of National People’s Party office at Lower Lachumiere.

While talking to mediapersons a day after the incident, Rymbui has asserted that these incidents in Laitumkhrah and yesterday in Lachumiere, have jolted the department and the government to be more alert and vigilant and the police department has been instructed to take such incidents with extreme seriousness so that they can stop them.
