Mawkyrwat, September 05: The Hynñiewtrep Achik National Movement (HANM) of South West Khasi Hills District submitted an appeal before the Deputy Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Prestone Tynsong on 5 points of demand relating to the community and development of the region.
Speaking with media persons on this matter, Lambokstar Marweiñ, President of the Hynñiewtrep Achik National Movement (HANM) has informed the appeal submitted to the Government through the Deputy Chief Minister of Meghalaya have expressed the 4 points of demand for grant of the implementation of the ILP before the 2023 Election from the Indian Government.
To speak in the Assembly for the ban in the Uranium mining. To open a 100-bed hospital in South West Khasi Hills District, Mawkyrwat. To provide roads in the far-flung areas of South West Khasi Hills District. To upgrade the PHC of Mawthawpdah which is South West Khasi Hills District to a CHC.
