Shlllong: The Vice Chancellor (VC) of the North Eastern Hills University (NEHU), Prof P Shukla on Wednesday said that the university is already three years late in implementing the new National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and if any further delay students future will suffer.
Prof Shukla said the NEP has already been implemented for the Post Graduate (PG) students with the approval of the Academic Council and the Executive Council.
The VC said he is ready to deliberate on the issue with the Teachers council , Principals and all stakeholders so as to solve the matter amicably.
