A 4-year-old boy, identified as Shanskhemlang Khongsti, suffered injuries after falling from the fourth floor of a government building in Nongmynsong, Lumphira, while playing with other children. The child sustained several injuries in the incident.
According to reports, Shanskhemlang is the son of Aiboreen, a resident of the government-built housing complex in Nongmynsong, which has four floors. The unfortunate incident occurred on September 27, 2024.
Currently, the boy is being treated at NEGRIMH Hospital in Shillong and remains in the ICU. His condition is still critical, and he has not yet fully recovered from the injuries sustained during the fall.
