SHILLONG, February 28: The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad Kongkal Sangma said that the Border Resolution Talks between the two states, Assam and Meghalaya along with the Home Minister of India, Amit Shah will be held on the 9th of March in Delhi.
He informed that he had just received the information that a meeting pertaining only to the agenda of the border resolution between the two states has been scheduled for the evening hours on the 9th of March.
It may be pointed that the two Chief Ministers, Conrad Kongkal Sangma of Meghalaya and Himanta Biswa Sarma of Assam have already submitted the Border Resolution report to the Central Government, and are awaiting a call of the Union Home Minister to meet and finalize the border resolution for the first phase pertaining to 6 sites from the 12 sites of dispute.
