Shillong, March 31: The State Executive Committee (SEC) of the Voice of the People Party (VPP) has officially approved Dr. Batskhem Myrboh as the party’s candidate for the upcoming by-election to the 1-Shillong Parliamentary Constituency.
The decision was taken during a recent executive meeting, following recommendations from the State Election Committee.
Party leaders stated that the selection was made after detailed deliberations, considering Dr. Myrboh’s commitment to party values, leadership qualities, and dedication to public service.
