Shillong: Commuters faced significant delays late last night after a large tree fell across the road in Mawlai Mawiong, blocking traffic in both directions. The incident occurred around 11 PM, with the tree narrowly missing a passing vehicle as it collapsed onto the road. The fallen tree caused a complete roadblock, leaving many vehicles stranded and causing inconvenience to the public.
