Nongpoh, May 17: The Office of the District Sports Officer (DSO) Ri-Bhoi District today inaugurated the 3 Day District Level Inter-School Athletic Meet 2022 at the NSCA Mini Stadium ,Nongpoh which will end on the 19th of May,2022.

The Athletic Meet conducted by the Office of the DSO Ri-Bhoi was inaugurated by Arpit Upadhyaya, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Ri-Bhoi District as Chief Guest in the presence of Giri Prasad, IPS,SP of Ri-Bhoi District as the Guest of Honour, Bobby L.Nongbet, District Sports Officer, R.B Shadap, President RBDSA and other officials of the DSO. On this day the Deputy Commissioner of Ri-Bhoi District as Chief Guest unfurled the flag as a mark of opening the Inter-School Athletic Meet.

Even amidst the erratic weather conditions, the inauguration went off smoothly and on this day many school students from not less than 22 schools in Ri-Bhoi District were seen participating enthusiastically in this District Level Inter-School Athletic Meet 2022 conducted by the DSO of Ri-Bhoi District.
